At 8,600 feet above sea level, Bogotá sits high in the Andes, so drink plenty of water and take it easy as you acclimate.

Explore Colombia’s bustling capital with a local guide. Ascend Mount Monserrate via cable car for panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountains, and visit the Sanctuary at the summit. Wander through Plaza Bolívar, the heart of Bogotá, surrounded by iconic landmarks like the National Capitol and Primary Cathedral.
