Reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided by Alaedin Travel Canada.
Flight schedules, airlines and baggage allowances are subject to change according to the final booking and airline regulations.
Hotel selection is subject to availability. A similar hotel of the same category may be substituted when necessary.
The order and timing of visits may change due to weather, traffic, attraction schedules, ferry operations or other operational requirements.
BC Ferries schedules and services are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Optional activities, including the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, are subject to availability, seasonal operation and additional fees.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification and all documents required for air travel.
Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting points and airport check-in counters on time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Alaedin Travel Canada is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy:
- Alaedin Travel Canada reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify the tour due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns or insufficient participation.
- Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting non-refundable supplier charges and administrative fees.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation terms are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, transportation providers and other suppliers.
- Date changes and name changes are subject to availability, supplier approval and additional fees.
- Deposits, airline tickets and certain confirmed services may be non-refundable after booking.
- Final cancellation conditions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- No-show passengers and unused tour services are not eligible for a refund.
