Corporate Profile

Corporate Profile

Canadian Foundations. International Experience. Coordinated Travel Services.

Alaedin Travel Canada is a Canadian travel agency and tour operator providing travel planning, reservations and operational coordination for individuals, families, companies and international tourism partners. From our office in the Toronto area, we serve clients across Canada and work with travel businesses in international markets.

Our services range from flight and hotel bookings to private and group tours, corporate travel management, meetings and events, and inbound tourism to Canada. Each request is handled by the appropriate specialist, with our operations and tour planning team coordinating more complex itineraries and group arrangements.

We do more than arrange individual reservations. We bring the components of a journey together into a coordinated travel program. Flights, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, venues, tour guides and sightseeing each contribute to the overall experience—and need to work together.

The company is incorporated under the legal name Alaedin Travel Services Canada Inc., with an incorporation date of September 22, 2022. Its leadership brings tourism experience that predates the Canadian company and supports the development of its present-day services and business relationships. Article of Incorporation Alaedin

Our Team and Scale of Operations

Alaedin Travel Canada began its operations with four team members and an initial focus on airline ticketing. As the range of services expanded, the company developed its staffing and operational capacity.

By October 2026, our Canadian office had grown to a team of 15.

Based on internal company estimates, Alaedin Travel Canada has served approximately 20,000 travellers cumulatively from the beginning of its operations through October 2026.

Alongside individual travel bookings, the company has provided services to dozens of corporate clients and entered into agreements with European tour operators. This development reflects a broader scope of work, from straightforward reservations to multi-service travel programs and international business coordination.

For us, growth in demand needs to be supported by the people and processes required to deliver the agreed services. Assigning requests to appropriate specialists and coordinating responsibilities across the team are important parts of that approach.

Team and traveller figures are stated as of October 2026. The traveller figure is an internal estimate of cumulative travellers served, not an annual total or a count of unique customers.

Leadership and Management

AMIRHASSAN JAFARI — Founder & Chairman

AMIRHASSAN JAFARI began his professional career in tourism in 2000. He leads the company’s strategic direction, international market development and business relationships.

His background in tourism management, tour operations, education and international destinations contributes to the development of Alaedin Travel Canada’s products and commercial strategy.

His role focuses on connecting practical tourism experience with market opportunities, developing professional relationships and guiding the company’s long-term growth.

ATOUSA GOUDARZIAN — Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

ATOUSA GOUDARZIAN leads the executive operations of Alaedin Travel Canada, including team management, service development and day-to-day coordination.

Her management experience in tourism supports the organization of services, client communication and collaboration between the company’s different areas of activity.

Together, the co-founders combine strategic leadership with operational management. Specialists within the team take responsibility for enquiries and bookings according to the services involved.

Specialist Support and Operational Capabilities

Our Canadian team handles reservations, sales, itinerary planning and travel coordination across the company’s service areas. Each enquiry is directed to a specialist responsible for the relevant request.

This structure gives clients a clear point of contact and helps maintain continuity as an enquiry progresses from initial requirements to confirmed arrangements.

For group travel and tour operations, our team reviews the brief, develops the proposal and coordinates the agreed services. Once the program is confirmed, an operational coordinator is assigned to oversee arrangements across the itinerary.

The scope of work can range from a single reservation to a journey involving several destinations, hotels, transportation providers and scheduled activities. Our role is to connect those elements and keep the program aligned with the agreed requirements.

Our Core Travel Services

Flight Booking and Air Travel Services

Alaedin Travel Canada assists with domestic and international flight reservations, including one-way journeys, return tickets, multi-city itineraries and group flight arrangements.

Depending on the route and travel dates, options may include major airlines such as Air Canada, WestJet, Air Transat, Turkish Airlines, Emirates and Qatar Airways, alongside other available carriers.

Recommendations consider the complete journey: departure and arrival times, connections, baggage, cabin preferences, ticket conditions and how the flights fit with the rest of the itinerary.

For corporate and group travel, flight planning is coordinated with accommodation, ground transportation and the wider schedule.

Hotel Reservations and Accommodation

We arrange accommodation for individual travellers, families, leisure groups and corporate clients in Canada and internationally.

Options can include properties from established hospitality brands such as Fairmont, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, alongside other hotels and accommodation providers suited to the request.

Selection is based on more than the brand name or hotel category. Location, room configuration, group size, access to meeting venues or attractions, required facilities and budget all form part of the review.

For group programs, accommodation needs to work with transportation schedules, dining arrangements and the pace of the itinerary.

Airline and hotel names illustrate booking options that may be considered, subject to availability and the scope of each request. They do not imply exclusive representation or an official partnership with every brand mentioned.

Canada Tours and International Travel

Our tour services include organized group travel, private tours and customized itineraries in Canada and destinations around the world.

Travellers can explore available programs or request an itinerary built around their dates, interests, group size and preferred service level.

Private travel begins with the requirements of the individual client or party. Group travel places additional emphasis on shared schedules, rooming arrangements, transportation and coordination between participants.

Our tour planning team considers these differences when developing a proposal.

Vacation Packages, Cruises and Additional Travel Services

Our broader portfolio includes all-inclusive vacation packages, Caribbean and European cruises, scenic rail bookings, car rental and airport transfers.

Clients may book a particular service or ask us to coordinate several parts of a trip. The scope, inclusions and booking conditions are reviewed before confirmation.

Travel Insurance and Visa Application Assistance

Travel insurance options and visa application preparation are also part of our service offering.

These requests are considered according to the traveller’s circumstances and the requirements of the relevant provider or authority. Assistance may involve organizing application documents, coordinating appointment arrangements where permitted and discussing travel services that support a genuine itinerary.

Visa decisions remain with the relevant authorities, while insurance eligibility, benefits and exclusions remain subject to the policy and insurer’s terms.

Coordinated Travel and Destination Services

One of Alaedin Travel Canada’s core capabilities is bringing multiple travel services together within a single operational plan.

Depending on the project, this may include hotels, group flights, coaches and other transportation, airport transfers, restaurants, event venues, tour guides, attraction admissions and supplementary activities.

A successful multi-day itinerary depends on how these services connect. Hotel departure times need to align with transportation, sightseeing reservations, meals and the needs of the group.

Our operations team works across these arrangements during planning and delivery. The agreed scope is established before confirmation so that the client and the operational team share a clear understanding of the itinerary, inclusions and responsibilities.

For programs under our operational management, coordination continues beyond the initial booking, with an assigned coordinator following the agreed itinerary.

Our capabilities are based on arranging and coordinating services with the relevant providers. They should not be confused with ownership of the hotels, vehicles or other facilities used in a program.

Corporate Travel Management and Industry Experience

Alaedin Travel Canada has worked with dozens of companies across scientific, pharmaceutical, food, oil and petrochemical sectors, providing travel-related services for business and organizational requirements.

An assignment may involve an executive attending a meeting, employees travelling together, a delegation visiting an exhibition or a multi-day company program. The service is developed around the actual requirements of the organization.

Arrangements can include flights, accommodation, airport transfers, group transportation, meals and other agreed services. Group air travel is also coordinated where employees or invited guests need to travel as part of a shared program.

Our team reviews the destination, dates, number of travellers, required service level and budget before preparing a proposal.

The objective is to align travel arrangements with the company’s working schedule, while reducing the need for its internal coordinator to manage every supplier separately.

Meetings, Events and Corporate Programs

When a request includes a meeting or event in addition to travel, those requirements are defined separately.

Venue reservations, participant accommodation, transportation, restaurants and accompanying activities can be included within the agreed scope.

This service complements corporate travel management, with the operational details tailored to the event rather than assumed to be part of every business travel booking.

Inbound Tourism to Canada and International Tour Operator Partnerships

Alaedin Travel Canada provides itinerary development and coordinated travel services in Canada for international tour operators and travel agencies.

Programs can include Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler, Banff and the Canadian Rockies, depending on the group’s interests and available time.

Requests are reviewed across accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding, sightseeing and operational coordination. Proposals reflect group size, traveller requirements, hotel standards, itinerary design and the services selected.

The company has entered into multiple agreements with European tour operators, including businesses in Spain and Germany.

These relationships form part of our strategy to develop inbound tourism to Canada and establish long-term cooperation with international partners. Signed agreements, future travel programs and completed trips represent different stages of collaboration and are treated accordingly.

For an international partner, the value of working with Alaedin Travel Canada lies in access to a Canadian team, a defined service proposal and coordinated execution of the agreed program.

How We Work with Clients and Partners

1. Enquiry and Specialist Assignment

General and business enquiries are received through info@alaedintravel.ca and directed to the appropriate specialist or team.

Initial information may include the destination, dates, number of travellers, services required and budget framework. For corporate or group projects, the purpose of the trip and any operational requirements are discussed at the outset.

2. Operations and Itinerary Review

The relevant team reviews the client’s requirements and the arrangements needed to deliver them.

Where further information is required for planning or pricing, these details are clarified before a proposal is prepared.

3. Proposal and Quotation

The proposal is developed around the requested itinerary and service standards.

Accommodation, transportation, group arrangements, sightseeing and other agreed components provide the basis for the client’s review. The quotation and applicable booking conditions are considered before confirmation.

4. Confirmation and Service Coordination

Following approval of the proposal and completion of the required booking arrangements, our team coordinates the confirmed services with the relevant providers.

Subsequent changes are reviewed against the booking conditions, availability and operational requirements.

5. Operational Coordination

For group and touring programs managed by Alaedin Travel Canada, an operational coordinator is assigned to the itinerary.

The coordinator follows the relationship between the schedule, confirmed services and the group’s requirements. Responsibilities and communication arrangements are established according to the project.

We present these credentials according to their stated scope. They form part of the company’s professional identity and do not replace the need to explain the conditions of individual travel services.

Office Infrastructure and Long-Term Commitment to Canada

In October 2024, Alaedin Travel Canada relocated to its office at World on Yonge in the Greater Toronto Area.

The move to a larger professional setting supported team development, client and partner meetings, and the coordination of an expanding range of travel services.

The commercial office property is owned by a holding company associated with Alaedin Travel Canada’s owners. The operating travel company uses the premises as its business base.

This investment in office infrastructure reflects a long-term approach to establishing and developing the business in Canada. The space was selected not only for immediate operational requirements, but also to support future growth.

Our office is part of Alaedin Travel Canada’s development plan—not simply an address for company registration.

Our Approach to Professional Service

Our work is guided by three priorities: understanding the requirement, presenting a clear proposal and establishing responsibility for follow-up.

Before recommending arrangements, we consider the client’s purpose and priorities. We then explain the proposed services and relevant conditions, with a defined point of contact for the next stages.

For corporate and group assignments, the operational plan needs to match the expectations of the organization or travel partner. For individual travellers, the right option is not necessarily the cheapest or the most elaborate; it is the one that suits their time, budget and actual needs.

We intend to develop the company on this basis: increasing capacity while maintaining clarity in communication and coordination.

Strategic Direction for 2031

Alaedin Travel Canada’s development plans focus on inbound tourism, the Canadian direct-client market and corporate travel relationships.

The company is working towards three measurable objectives for the year 2031:

Area of Development Objective for 2031
Inbound Tourism to Canada Serve at least 10,000 inbound tourists from Europe and the United States during the year.
Direct Clients in the Canadian Market Serve 50,000 direct travellers in the Canadian market during the year.
Corporate Travel Relationships Have 100 Canadian companies under travel service agreements in 2031.

These figures are future strategic objectives, not current operating results, cumulative multi-year totals or guaranteed outcomes.

Progress towards them will require the continued development of our team, operating capacity, working tools and commercial relationships. Our approach is to align growth in demand with the practical ability to arrange and coordinate the services promised.
